The Delta of the Year award is given annually in the Fairfax County Alumnae Chapter (FCAC) to honor a dynamic Delta who has demonstrated a significant commitment to the chapter and has gone above and beyond the call of Delta. FCAC is proud to honor Karen Randolph as the Delta of the Year for her service during the 2022-2023 Sorority Year. Karen will serve her time as Delta of the Year during the 2023-2024 Sorority Year.
